Q. Can you give me a quotation over the phone?
...Possibly but we will be more accurate if you send (or fax) us a drawing. Please read our installation guide for more info.
Q. Will you provide stone samples for me to take away?
...Yes
Q. Can I look at the slab before cutting
...Yes. We highly recommend your visit. Our showroom is open from 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday, 10.00am - 4.00pm Saturday
Q. Will you visit us to make templates?
...Yes.
Q. Do you supply sinks & hobs?
...Yes.
Q. Should all fittings be on-site at the time of the templating?
...Yes please, most important
Q. Do I need to be present during your templating operation?
...Yes please, to help with any queries that we may have
Q. Can my wall cupboard units be fitted in the meantime?
...Yes. As long as these cupboards do not sit on the worktops.
Q. Are the joints apparent?
...Yes, although we will try to hide them as much as possible by colour coding.
Q. Where do you put these joints?
...We try to position them as unobtrusively as possible
Q. How do you recommend I fix the undermounted sink/bowl?
...We recommend that these are mounted onto wodden supports on the cabinet, however they can also be fixed onto the granite from underneath.
Q. Will you plumb-in my sink/basin?
...Yes, but with prior separate arrangement.
Q. Do I need to seal my worktops again from time to time?
...Yes. All stones are porous. We recommend that you seal at least twice a year. For more information, please refer to our Stone Care Section.
